Booking & Confirmation

All bookings for photography and videography services are confirmed only after receiving the advance payment or booking token amount.

White Oak Pictures reserves the right to decline bookings based on date availability, location restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payments

• A non-refundable advance amount is required to secure the booking date.
• The remaining payment must be completed before final delivery of photos or videos.
• Additional editing, travel, accommodation, or overtime charges may apply depending on project requirements.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation from the client side, the booking amount will not be refunded.

If White Oak Pictures is unable to provide services due to unavoidable situations, an alternate date or suitable resolution will be offered whenever possible.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the project type, event duration, and editing requirements.

• Raw files are not provided unless agreed upon in writing.
• Final edited content will be shared digitally.
• Clients are requested to download and backup their files after delivery.

Copyright & Usage

All photographs, videos, reels, and creative content remain the intellectual property of White Oak Pictures.

White Oak Pictures may use captured content for portfolio, website, social media, promotional, or marketing purposes unless otherwise discussed with the client.

Clients are not permitted to commercially resell or heavily modify delivered content without written permission.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate event details and timelines.
• Necessary permissions for venue shooting should be arranged by the client.
• White Oak Pictures is not responsible for restrictions imposed by venues or authorities.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality services, White Oak Pictures shall not be held responsible for delays or issues caused by weather conditions, technical failures, venue restrictions, accidents, or other uncontrollable situations.

Privacy Policy

Client information shared with White Oak Pictures is kept confidential and is never sold or shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Service Changes

White Oak Pictures reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Services at any time without prior notice.
